Changed your mind about a product bought from our store?
Not a problem!
We accept refunds for items bought from our store within 21 days of purchase. You can send your parcels back to our store’s shipping address shown on your invoice.
For products to qualify for returns/refunds:
- Items must remain unworn, unwashed and still in original packaging they came in
- Items must not be defective or damaged in anyway
- Items must be returned with the original sales invoice, gift receipt, or packaging slip.
- Items must be returned to the country where they were originally purchased
How To Return An Item:
- Provide the items you want to return with the packaging slip
- Detach the bottom portion of your packing slip labeled “Return Form.” Fill and indicate the reason for return
- Pack the items you’re returning along with the completed Return Form and seal securely.
- Send the item back via your preferred shipping service provider. To the address provided on your invoice or shipping label.
